AMEN! Why does Conan get hit every time NBC screws up?
Also, what about Fallon? He's actually doing a kick ass job there at Late Night, actually feels like he was born to do that rather than SNL. Leno said he wanted to retire, then didn't want to retire but had already done the damage. And NBC instead of letting Leno retire decides to split the Tonight Show's audience by making the people that want to watch the 10pm show instead of the Tonight Show. Then Conan's rating get hit as well as since there are 2 late night televisions shows Leno can't get the rating numbers either. Why did no one tell NBC this before they did this. Now Fallon isn't getting as many numbers because there are less hold overs from the Tonight Show, and the local news casts are getting terrible ratings in their areas because people don't have to watch the news before the Tonight Show anymore. They can just catch Leno and go to bed. Local NBC affiliates, Conan, Fallon, CARSON!, and late night television fans should all be pissed by this decision and tell NBC to screw this 30min Leno push because it's not going to help. You'll see your ratings return to normal (maybe even more because I know of quite a few people that like Conan over Letterman) because the audience will no longer be split between Leno and Conan. You'll also see Fallon's numbers increase. NBC STOP JERKING AROUND!
